      I received the wrong item on my order of a British tap. I emailed the office and within minutes the correct item was immediately dispatched (late on a Friday afternoon after the posted closing hours), leaving the return of the incorrect item to be resolved later. It's increasingly rare to find a vendor willing to correct a mistake right on the spot and sort out a return later. Although I initially received the wrong item, they went above and beyond to make things right. British Fasteners have earned a lifelong customer in me. Thank you!
